These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BankTON platform, including all features, services, and content accessible through our website (bankton.org) and the BankTON Telegram Mini Application. By using BankTON, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
BankTON provides a technology interface that enables users to access financial services including:
Banking services are provided by our licensed partner institutions. BankTON acts as the technology and distribution layer only. Specific terms applicable to individual financial services (accounts, cards, transfers) are set by the relevant licensed partner and will be presented to you at the point of onboarding or product activation.

As a condition of using our services, you consent to identity verification and ongoing monitoring as required by anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and applicable financial crime prevention regulations. You agree to provide any additional documentation or information we or our partners reasonably request for compliance purposes. Refusal to cooperate with verification requirements may result in account restriction or closure.
BankTON and its partners may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to currency conversion, international transfers, card issuance, and account maintenance. Applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before you confirm any transaction or service activation. Fees are subject to change with reasonable notice. Current fee schedules are available within the BankTON application.
Cryptocurrency conversion services carry inherent risks, including market volatility, liquidity risk, and regulatory uncertainty. By using crypto-fiat or fiat-crypto conversion features, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Cryptocurrency assets are not covered by deposit protection schemes. The value of cryptocurrency can fall as well as rise, and you may receive less than you originally deposited.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the BankTON platform are the intellectual property of BankTON or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable during maintenance windows, due to technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BankTON shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@bankton.org. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately where: you breach these Terms; we are required to do so by law or regulation; our banking partners require it; or we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity. Upon termination, any remaining balance in your account (net of applicable fees and obligations) will be returned to you in accordance with our offboarding procedure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of BankTON shall first be referred to our customer resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable in your region. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rights under EU law are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via the BankTON platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should close your account before the effective date.
